Lewis Hamilton Is Victorious In Austrailia

Lewis Hamilton has won the Australian grand prix, the 23 year old superstar dominated the race from start to finish and there was never any threat to his lead despite the grand prix being completely jam packed with action.

“The team did a fantastic job as always, and the car was phenomenal, a complete dream to drive compared to last year,” an ecstatic Hamilton said. “They pulled me in early on both stops and that kept us out of trouble. Physically the race was a breeze, and great preparation for Malaysia, so bring it on, I’m really looking forward to it.”

The race was fraught with action which all started at the very first corner, the grand prix started with drama with an incident at the first corner involving Honda’s Jenson Button, Force India’s Giancarlo Fisichella, Red Bull’s Mark Webber, Super Aguri’s Anthony Davidson and Toro Rosso’s Sebastian Vettel, which led directly or indirectly to their retirements from the race. This trend continued with another set of accidents and retirements that sore only 7 cars finish the race (if you count Rubens Barrichello being disqualified after the race had finished for exiting the pit lane through a red light).

All in all the race was absolutely full with action which is great for the neutral but not so great for the members and fans of Ferrari, red bull, honda, super aguri, force india and toyota who all failed to finish the race.
