Nico Rosberg Sets Speed Benchmark In Wet At Barcelona Testing

nicorosberg.jpgNico Rosberg set the fastest time today on a wet track. Rosberg drove his Williams Formula 1 car in 1 mutute and 30.67 seconds. This was 2 seconds quicker than the second fastest time clocked by Williams Team mate Kazuki Nakjima.

 The time was set as part of the testing at the Barcelona race track. Williams have been concentrating on the cars performance and endurance. Here are the unofficial standings recorded on Tuesday from Bareclona:

2. Kazuki Nakajima, Williams, 1:32.370 seconds
3. Mark Webber, Red Bull, 1:32.599 seconds
4. Fernando Alonso, Renault, 1:32.820 seconds
5. David Coulthard, Red Bull, 1:32.924 seconds
6. Jarno Trulli, Toyota, 1:33.283 seconds
7. Nelson Piquet Jr, Renault, 1:40.073 seconds
8. Kamui Kobayashi, Toyota, no time
